Eitan is the Head of the Psychiatric Behavior Analysis program at Sheba, Tel- Hashomer Medical Center. He is licensed with the international  Behavioral Analysis BCBA-D. Eitan is active on the Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies board of trustees. He is one of the founders of the Israeli association of Behavioral Analysis and has acted as director for most of its years.

He was a member of the board at the Zinman College – Wingate Institute- founder and head of the clinical center and the ABA certification program, head of Teacher’s Preparation Program, head of School of Education and a member of the board of directors.

During the first decade of 2000, Eitan has acted for eight years, as the vice president of the international organization AIESEP, which deals with teacher preparation and pedagogy of Physical Education, and for many years served as a board member of the organization.

He wrote books and many articles on subjects relating to Behavior Analysis and Pedagogy. He wrote the model “Educating for Values through Physical Education” which is being applied in the Israeli education system and in other countries.

For disseminating Behavioral Analysis outside of the United States, Eitan has received the honor role of the national association for Behavioral Analysis- ABAI in May 2007.

He developed the model “Inclusion of Children with Autism in the Educational System”, and a course for training inclusion coordinators – based on this model.

In China, Eitan has developed a program, supporting children on the spectrum and their families, whilst prepping dozens of professionals to work with them and building three centers to that end.

He is the founder and head of “Eldar- ABA Studies” (eitaneldar.com), an endeavor that hosts a caliber of world’s renounced behavior analysts for teaching short courses in Israel.

Eitan has been very active in sports for many years, was a member of the national Israeli Handball Team, was a Handball coach in the first league. He acted as fitness coach and behavior analyst of some of the top leading sport’s teams in Israel, amongst them- Maccabi Netanya Soccer team, Maccabi Tel-Aviv Basketball team, and The Israeli National Basketball team.

He is married to Orly, a father to two sons and a daughter, and a grandfather to a grandson and a granddaughter.
